Yes! We love helping our customers hunt down speciality items. An Auden Special Request makes for an exceptional, thoughtful gift.

How do I buy something I see on Instagram?

All items posted on our instagram are available for purchase on a first-come basis. You can purchase everything shown on our Instagram and our website through the secure payment-processing plug-in we use on our website.

I have a question about a product. How do I get in-touch with Auden customer service?

We love speaking with our customers! Email us at audenshop@gmail.com with any questions, concerns, or feedback. Please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately at this time, all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you except returns or exchanges?

All items purchaced from audenshop.com are final sale, and cannot be reutrned or exchanged. If an item arrives broken or in unsatisfactory condition, please email audenshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of reciving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
